Days of Caring
The United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County Volunteer Center was established to help strengthen our community through effective volunteerism and meaningful volunteer experiences. This year is a major milestone for the Volunteer Center as we celebrate 25 years of service to our partners in the community with the help of enthusiastic and passionate volunteers across San Antonio and Bexar County.
Day of Caring was established to promote the spirit of volunteerism, increase awareness of local human service organizations, and demonstrate how people working together for the common good can accomplish great things.
Corporate social involvement is now a standard business practice. A United Way Day of Caring project provides team-building opportunities, expansion of community/stakeholder relationships, and elevation of local company profiles!
In addition to already existing projects, the Volunteer Center is happy to develop a Day of Caring project for your company. We are also able to identify and match your volunteers’ interests and mission to guarantee a great and meaningful experience for all!
Mark your calendars for 2017 Days of Caring.
Thank you again to our 2016 sponsors!
