Community Service Awards - This award recognizes volunteers whose efforts have contributed outstanding service to a nonprofit health and human service agency in the community. Recipients from the prior three years may not be nominated.

Military Service Awards - This award recognizes volunteers whose efforts have contributed outstanding service to either a nonprofit health and human service agency or the community through their military installation. Recipients from the prior three years may not be nominated.

Mayor’s Youth Award - This award recognizes a volunteer or volunteers (18 or younger) whose efforts have contributed outstanding service to the community. Recipients from the prior three years may not be nominated.

Unsung Hero Award - This award recognizes an individual who has profoundly influenced the community with direct service during his/her lifetime. Recipients from the prior three years may not be nominated.

Arts and Culture Awards - This award recognizes volunteers whose efforts have contributed outstanding service to an arts or cultural organization in the areas of visual, performing or literary arts. Recipients from the prior three years may not be nominated.

Faith-Based Award - This award recognizes a church or faith-based organization with exceptional volunteer outreach. Recipients from the prior three years may not be nominated

Nonprofit Organization Awards - These award recognizes two entities of nonprofit organizations. Recipients from the prior three years may not be nominated.
1. A nonprofit organization that manages an exceptional volunteer program whose efforts have made a significant increase in the impact the organization is making to the community. The volunteer program consists of volunteers performing a variety of services for the agency under the direction of the agency’s Volunteer Coordinator or other designated staff. (nominate here)
2. A Volunteer Board that manages the operational capacity of the organization in providing services that have made a significant increase in the impact the organization is making to the community. (nominate here)
Corporate Awards - This award recognizes companies whose efforts have made a difference in the community through their organization’s volunteer program and an individual who has volunteered through the company’s volunteer program and has made significant impact on the community. Recipients from the prior three years may not be nominated.

Labor Award – Group or Individual – This award recognizes volunteers whose efforts have contributed outstanding service to a labor organization in the community. Recipients from the prior three years may not be nominated.
