Please review the following State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC) instructions thoroughly before completing the SECC application.

The application deadline for a local charitable organization in the San Antonio campaign area is Wednesday, March 22, 2017. All documentation must be submitted by 4:00 pm CST on this date.

**Before submitting your application, please review all instructions and utilize the checklist provided (link HERE for instructions and checklist) to ensure that all required information is included and accurate. Not providing accurate and complete documentation may result in a denial.**

If agency filed 990 EZ, include the 2016 pro forma found HERE.

Note: Faxed or emailed documentation will NOT be accepted.
