Typical Volunteer Needs:
- Information, referral and assistance volunteers will provide assistance to persons 60 years or older and their caregivers.
- Benefits counseling volunteers will provide information and advocacy on public benefits issues, private health insurance issues and consumer issues to Medicare beneficiaries and/or their caregivers.
- General Office Assistance volunteers will answer telephones, file, complete mailouts, make bulk copies and assist with data and reports.
