The Volunteer of the Year Awards has become San Antonio’s single-largest volunteer recognition event of the year. This year’s event will take place on Wednesday, June 25th at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center and will celebrate the good works of hundreds of volunteers with awards that honor individuals, families, groups and nonprofit, faith-based, business, military and labor organizations. The Nominee & VIP Reception starts at 6:30 pm, and the Dinner and Program starts at 7:00 pm. The Mayor's Youth Awards and the Richard and Martha Landsman UTSA/Community Service Scholarship will also be presented.
