United Way, with the community's network of health and human service programs, form a critical link in its caring for people in San Antonio and an increasing desire to imporve the quality of life for all of us.
The Referral Agent Program is one of the ways in which we address the needs of the employees in the workplace. Our Referral Agent Program is a year-round, peer-to-peer assistance porgram complementing your organization's human resources (employee assistance program). Selected employees receive training which enables them to refer co-workers to services and or programs that best meet their needs.
