The United Way Help Line maintains current information on health and human care services available in San Antonio, Bexar County and eleven surrounding counties of Atascosa, Bandera, Comal, Frio, Gillespie, Guadalupe, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, Medina and Wilson. A searchable database has been developed and is available online.
