April CVC Luncheon

The Corporate Volunteer Council of San Antonio & Bexar County had its General Membership Meeting on April 16th This meeting was held at the San Antonio River Authority located at 100 East Guenther Street from 11:30am to 1:00pm and featured guest panelists Janet Jackson (Zachry Industrial, Inc.), Barbara Baldwin (AT&T), Natalie Silva (Tesoro Corporation), and Jeannette Westbrook (Broadway Bank).

The Corporate Volunteer Council of San Antonio and Bexar County’s mission is to recognize the importance of volunteerism and its commitment to promote and strengthen corporate volunteerism to effectively meet the needs of the community. It provides the connection between social service organizations and corporate volunteer programs. As a local network of corporate members, CVC members share effective practices to strengthen their employee volunteer programs and open new avenues for workplace volunteering to address real community needs. |
