MEMBER HIGHLIGHT
SYLVIA CEVALLOS
Sylvia Cevallos has been in the food and beverage business for 20 years and considers it her passion. She is a native of San Antonio and began her career with the San Antonio Country Club in 1995 as the Banquet Director and has since become the Clubhouse Manager.

The San Antonio Country Club encourages the staff to reach out to the community in any way
possible. "We are very proud of our employees and their volunteer time and effort, and we take part in the distribution of canned goods for the Food Bank." They also take part in Gingerbread cookie making during Christmas with a pizza party for the SAMM shelter, a warm drive for the homeless during the winter season, and donating Halloween costumes and cookies to the Children's Shelter. There is also a huge campaign drive for United Way and the Blood Bank.

Sylvia joined the Corporate Volunteer Council of San Antonio and Bexar County in hopes of creating change and making in a difference in the community. She is also coordinating the Corporate Volunteer Council's first annual conference at the San Antonio Country Club. This conference takes place on Wednesday, July 16th.

With the support of the San Antonio Country Club and Sylvia Cevallos, SACC employees are empowered to become involved in creating a better community for everyone!
