Celina turns “I can’t,” into “I will” at YWCA

During the 2013-2014 school year, “Celina,” a 6th grade student, was a bright young lady who lacked motivation and self-esteem.  She was struggling with mathematics when a YWCA’s Mi Carreraprogram coordinator took note.YWCA’s Mi Carrera program works with young women, ages 12 through 19 and residing in impoverished areas, to help them stay in school.
